TRIV Platform™ – Self-Care Management Applications:
The TRIV Platform™ features comprehensive self-care applications for administrators, merchants, distributors, agents and customers, allowing management of their commerce accounts and viewing of transaction histories.
These user-friendly and easy-to-navigate applications are fully multilingual, offering a consistent user experience with clear and context-sensitive online help. All self-care applications can be branded to fit any operator’s/service provider’s terminology, language(s), currency(ies), and look & feel.
All self-care applications are Web-based, however, limited self-care applications can also be provided via other access methods, such as WAP.
