Amit Mattatia
President & Chief Executive Officer


Before joining Trivnet, Mr. Mattatia served as VP and General Manager at Comverse, where he turned-around and quadrupled the sales of the MMS business unit. He continued to lead the Integrated Messaging organization and its three business units to double their business year-over-year.

Prior to that, Mr. Mattatia served as CEO of Speedwise Technologies where he brought the company to lead in Internet optimization over wireless networks. Mr. Mattatia also co-founded Compaq Israel, merged it later on with Digital Equipment Israel and served as Head of Marketing for the combined organization.

Mr. Mattatia holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

Lior Hanuka
Chief Financial Officer


Mr. Hanuka is Trivnet's CFO, responsible for developing the company's financial planning and providing internal and external financial reporting.

Mr. Hanuka holds over 20 years experience in financial management within private and public companies. Prior to joining Trivnet, Mr. Hanuka held the role of CFO of E&C Medical Intelligence, a US medical software company. Previously, he was Treasurer, CFO and Secretary of Sahar (Securities) Ltd. Mr. Hanuka was also Senior Manager at Kesselman & Kesselman (PricewaterhouseCoopers Israel), and Assistant Internal Auditor at Tadiran, Ltd.

Mr. Hanuka is a Certified Public Accountant, with a B.A. in Economics & Accounting from the Tel Aviv University Business School.

Benny Saban
Vice President, Products


Mr. Saban leads Trivnet's product management, planning and marketing activities.

Mr. Saban began at Trivnet as Product Manager in the Customer Operations Group. He quickly ascended the ladder being promoted a year later to the position of Director of Product Management.

Before joining Trivnet, Mr. Saban was a Project and Product Manager at Orad Hi-tech Systems, a provider of innovative broadcast and visual-simulation solutions. Previously, he was VP Product, at IOimage, a company focused on advanced image processing technologies.

Mr. Saban studied at the Tel Aviv University.

Zeev Shoval
Vice President, Business Development


Mr. Shoval is responsible for developing Trivnet's business, strategic customer sales and overseeing strategic partner relationships.

Before joining Trivnet, Mr. Shoval held senior positions at CelluTag and RegiSoft, both start-up companies specializing in mobile data and marketing solutions. Previously, he founded Wirefree Corporation, a cellular company with sales accross five continents.

Mr. Shoval studied Business Administration at the Tel Aviv College of Management.

Irwan Owen
Vice President, Sales


Irwan is a veteran and pioneer of the modern hi-tech industry with over twenty years of international experience in computing, web and mobile technologies. Most recently he was executive vice president sales and business development at Red Bend Software Ltd where he built worldwide commercial team and turned the company into the recognized leader for over-the-air software updating with greater-than 60% market share.

Prior to Red Bend, Irwan was European Director and General Manager for PalmSource Inc., the makers of the PalmOS operating environment for PDAs and Smartphones. Before that he held the position of Vice President of Business Management at Symbian Ltd where he and his team were responsible for the delivery of SymbianOS based devices through Symbian’s equity partners and licensees. Irwan also spent five years at Sun Microsystems Inc. where, as a formative member of JavaSoft Europe he led the licensing of the Java platform into Northern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Irwan has held roles in engineering, pre-sales support, product marketing, sales and business development, and holds a BSc. (Hons) in Computation from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Rony Laor
Vice President, Channels & Accounts


Mr. Laor is responsible for global sales to operators as well as the management of Trivnet’s sales channels and strategic accounts.

Before joining Trivnet, Mr. Laor served as an AVP at Comverse, heading Billing Sales (Prepaid, Postpaid and Converged Billing) at the APAC division where he was instrumental in growing the business more than six-fold in two years. Prior to that, Mr. Laor served over 11 years at Amdocs, where he fulfilled a vast array of roles including R&D Project Manager, On-site Delivery Manager, Account Manager, Site Manager and Senior Director of Presales.

Before joining Amdocs Mr. Laor had worked for 4 years in a startup company developing DSS systems in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Prior to that he spent 6 years as an officer at the IDF Navy’s Computers Center in charge of developing Real Time military Command & Control systems.

Mr. Laor holds a B.A. in Psychology and Computers Science from the Bar-Ilan University and an Executive MBA from the Recanati Business School at the Tel-Aviv University.

Yaron Sverdlov
Vice President, Research & Development


Mr. Sverdlov leads Trivnet's R&D organization, responsible for the company's software architecture, development and technological innovation.

Before joining Trivnet, Mr. Sverdlov was a senior director at Amdocs for over 10 years. Among his many roles in Amdocs Mr. Sverdlov led development organizations with over 500 developers, worked on customer sites for 6 years and was part of the management team of an off-shore development center in India.

Eyal Faran
Vice President, Customer Operations


Mr. Faran leads the Customer Operations department, responsible for project management and customer support activities, ensuring on-time delivery of Trivnet's solutions in complex operator environments.

Mr. Faran joined Trivnet more than five years ago as Project Manager and later took the role of Director of Project Management. Among his many achievements, Mr. Faran was in charge of successfully deploying Trivnet's solutions across a number of Tier-1 telecom operators around the world.

Before joining Trivnet, Mr. Faran was a Project Manager at ECI Telecom, a provider of telecommunications solutions.

Mr. Faran holds a B.Sc. in Industrial & Management Engineering from the Technion Institute and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.

Uri Woldiger
Area Vice President, Sales


Mr. Woldiger spearheads Trivnet's sales activities in the APAC region.

Mr. Woldiger joined Trivnet in the role of Director of Sales, first in Europe and then in Asia. Following his outstanding achievements, Mr. Woldiger was then elevated to the role of Area VP Sales.

Prior to joining Trivnet, Mr. Woldiger was Director of Strategic Customers in Pelephone, a mobile phone operator. Mr. Woldiger has helped shape strategic direction and positioning of mobile operators within the cooperate community. In addition, he has delivered wireless projects for enterprise customers, focusing on the strategic and technological implications of wireless voice and data technologies.

Mr. Woldiger holds a degree in finance from the University of Bar-Ilan.

Orna Balderman
Vice President, Human Resources


Ms. Balderman guides Trivnet's HR department, responsible for the company's recruiting and staffing, as well as development and implementation of corporate Human Resource strategies and programs.

Before joining Trivnet, Ms. Balderman was an Associate VP of HR at Comverse. Prior to this, Ms. Balderman held the position of Training Manager at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd.

Ms. Balderman holds a BA in Sociology & Film and an executive MBA from the Recanati Faculty of Management, both from the Tel Aviv University.
